About the Project
As structural engineer, Walter P Moore undertook the complex task of stacking this multi-use masterpiece over an underground parking garage, making early use of Building Information Models. This was one of the earliest major uses of BIM and resulted in substantial time and cost savings to the owner. This pioneering approach resulted in the harmonious delivery of economy and luxury.
This Italian-themed development features 3,025 suites, including 375 concierge-level suites and six spacious villas, a 105,000-square-foot casino, 375,000 square feet of upscale shopping, world-class dining and entertainment, and 450,000 square feet of meeting and conference space.
Walter P Moore also provided comprehensive parking consulting services, including master planning, functional design, and graphics programming. Our innovative parking guidance system recommendation is a testament to our dedication to enhancing the patron experience and delivering premier services.
At Walter P Moore, we continually strive to push boundaries in order to set new standards in both engineering and customer satisfaction.
