Ted Vuong

Ted is a Senior Principal at Walter P Moore and serves as the Managing Director of Houston Civil Engineering. He is responsible for organizing and leading his team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Additionally, he acts as a technical liaison both within and outside the organization.

Ted holds professional licenses in 16 states and is frequently sought after to provide civil engineering services nationwide, bringing his expertise and knowledge to projects across the country.

Ted joined the form in 1998 and over his career has diversified aspects of civil engineering analysis, design, and project management. focused on civil engineering specializing in Master Planning and developing large corporate campuses

With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, he has managed both large and small complex developments, as well as corporate campuses. Ted works in a highly collaborative manner, closely coordinating with all disciplines and ownership to ensure a well-coordinated design. His expertise encompasses all aspects of civil site development for mixed-use, commercial, higher education, and healthcare campuses.

Ted is involved in many organizations including ASCE, TSPE, SAME, ACEC, and ULI.
