Spencer Livermore

Spencer specializes in dam safety inspections, dam rehabilitation, dam modification, and flood mitigation design and implementation within our Diagnostics Group. This experience extends to multiple different client types and hydraulic structures. Beyond his passion for hydraulic structures Spencer also focuses in the repair and restoration of other infrastructure and commercial structures. Spencer’s approach to projects of this nature is to provide clear and concise communication and foster coordination and teamwork across the consultant and client teams.

With over a decade of experience, Spencer has lead multiple large multidisciplinary and subconsultant teams to bring Clients projects through conception, design, and construction to reality. Every project, no matter the size, requires a focused and committed project team, Spencer strives to bring this to every project he leads or is part of.
