Shawn Cessna

Shawn has civil engineering experience on a variety of projects. He is skilled at coordinating design build projects, large campus projects, and overall design and documentation including site planning, rezoning plans, land development feasibility studies, land disturbance and grading plans, low impact development design, storm water management studies, storm water pollution prevention plans, and designs sanitary sewers, storm sewers, waterlines and roadways.

More than two decades of diversified experience participating in and leading multidiscipline engineering services for the design of new campuses and civil engineering services. Experience includes life sciences, commercial, education, public works, healthcare, mix use retail, federal, and hospitality projects. Successfully delivering projects with traditional, integrated and digital delivery methods.
