Rucker is a Principal and Team Director at Walter P Moore, with more than 11 years of experience in civil engineering and sustainable design. He is a subject matter expert in green storm water infrastructure, low impact development systems, and horizontal infrastructure lifecycle carbon assessments. He has been instrumental in the design of numerous sustainable projects. He drives environmentally and economically feasible solutions that enhance the quality of the built environment. He is a recipient of the Walter P Moore Visionary Award and leads Walter P Moore’s Sustainable Design in Infrastructure community of practice.

Experience

Rucker has more than a decade of diversified experience planning, designing, managing, and leading teams to deliver projects across many markets including Higher Education, Healthcare, Corporate Campus, High Rise, and Cultural Facilities, ranging from $1M to $2B in construction cost.
