Ricardo Arrechea

Ricardo is a Senior Project Manager with 16 years of experience as a structural and diagnostics engineer. He specializes in the investigation and repair of structural systems. He has a diverse portfolio of market sectors that include structural repairs and renovations for historic buildings, heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, energy, parking garages, and commercial multifamily residential. 

Ricardo collaborates with architects, contractors, and owners to design cost-effective modifications and repairs for existing buildings and structures, ensuring compliance with building codes. Notably, he served as the engineer of record for the transformation of a 1980s two-story furniture building into a vibrant concert music venue. He also led the engineering efforts for significant repairs at a carbon-black production facility in Louisiana.
