Rachel has over 20 years of construction management and administration experience specializing in roadway and transportation-related projects. Having worked as a contractor, consultant, and owner’s representative, she brings diverse expertise in project management leading teams of engineers, architects, contractors, facility operators, and business groups through all project phases. Her project portfolio includes contract preparation, constructability review, drawing and specification compliance, contractor and consultant oversight, budget and schedule control, scheduling, change order assessment and preparation, claim management, document control, and other general construction management functions.
