Quoc is a Principal in the Houston Diagnostics Group, specializing in restoration and renovation. He brings extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects. His expertise includes developing and implementing engineering strategies, driving operational efficiencies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 

Quoc brings over 25 years of design experience across a diverse range of market sectors, including commercial, residential, agricultural, food distribution and manufacturing, federal and healthcare, and structural evaluation and renovation of existing facilities. His extensive experience allows him to develop and implement innovative structural solutions, optimize design processes, and help clients achieve project goals on time and within budget.
