Matt specializes in diagnostics engineering with over 15 years of experience focused on solving issues in the built environment.  Matt leads assessments and testing of concrete and steel structures, including overseeing preparation of repair documentation, and guiding construction administration of repair, strengthening, and restoration projects for parking structures, buildings, industrial structures, tunnels, and bridges.

Experience

With an extensive background in solving issues in the built environment, Matt has led numerous assessments along with repair and restoration projects, including work to restore tunnels, parking structures, buildings, industrial structures and bridges. He has worked on many notable projects, including the AIG Campus Flood Mitigation, ANICO Building Garage and Plaza Restoration, Hurricane Harvey Restoration & Repairs of the Theater District Garage, showcase Matt’s expertise in infrastructure diagnostics and rehabilitation. Additionally, Matt has actively been involved in American Society of Healthcare Engineering, American Welding Society, International Concrete Repair Institute, and the Association of Materials Protection and Performance.
