Linda Fu

Linda’s expertise includes facade investigations and repairs for existing buildings, exterior condition assessment, and peer reviews of design documents for moisture management. She has also developed work scopes and repair procedures for waterproofing and rehabilitation projects. Additionally, she has served as an owner’s project manager for waterproofing-related repair initiatives.  

With more than 19 years of experience in architecture design, construction consulting, and enclosure consulting, Linda brings extensive expertise to her projects. Her experience includes exterior envelope condition assessments for projects in commercial, mixed-use, historical, and high-rise curtain buildings. She has also managed exterior envelope recladding projects and major fenestration repairs in fully occupied buildings, where the existing conditions and occupant needs pose unique challenges that influence the technical design approach.
