Kurt has expertise in both land use and transportation planning as they relate to municipal infrastructure projects allows him to make the critical connection between land use and transportation components of redevelopment initiatives to position communities to attract sustainable development.

As a Senior Project Manager Kurt specializes in innovative transportation solutions including multi-modal transportation plans, corridor studies, complete street studies and policy documents, access management, safety, bicycle and pedestrian planning, comprehensive planning for large and small municipal and private clients.

Experience

Kurt has worked with the Cities of Austin and Houston to develop strategic mobility plans. These plans have led to approved bond elections and programs to implement specific policies and projects. Innovation and state of the practice techniques have advanced our clients programs and solved complex transportation issues.
