Practice Areas

Jeff’s practice area spans a diverse range of projects, including municipal roads large and small, drainage systems, erosion control, highways, tollways, water distribution, sewer collection systems, and industrial site improvements. He holds licenses to practice engineering in Texas and Oklahoma.

Experience

Jeff’s three decades as an engineer were preceded by six years in the U.S. Navy. After graduating from Nuclear Power School he operated electrical systems on aircraft carrier nuclear power plants. Jeff gained valuable experience working alongside engineering-trained officers on the USS Carl Vinson. He has focused much of his engineering career on serving municipalities, contributing his expertise across various engineering disciplines.
