Practice Areas

Javier is a Principal and Senior Project Manager in Orlando’s Diagnostics group.  His practice areas include the evaluation and restoration of a wide variety of structures. He is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Puerto Rico, and is also an AMPP Certified Cathodic Protection Technologist (CP3).

Experience

Javier has over 20 years of experience in the assessment and restoration of existing structures.  He has extensive experience in corrosion evaluation and non-destructive testing.  His experience includes sports venues, parking garages, themed entertainment, healthcare, and commercial projects.
