Gary specializes in enclosure diagnostic services and leads the firm’s Challenging Access Team. He focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of tall buildings, using rope access techniques, drone-assisted imaging, and advanced computer modeling in the assessment of structures. As an expert in façade access and fall protection system engineering, he leverages his extensive experience with both modern and archaic access systems. He assists clients with repair and retrofit solutions to resolve regulatory compliance issues and optimize serviceability.

Gary has extensive experience in structural engineering and building enclosure consulting, specializing in the condition assessment and forensic investigation of existing structures. His expertise includes third-party consulting and performance evaluation of building enclosures for new construction, including commissioning services to implement performance and sustainability goals. He has successfully supported clients across diverse market sectors including healthcare, commercial, industrial, and aviation.
