Eric Pagan

Eric is a Project Manager in Walter P Moore’s Los Angeles Parking Group. With more than a decade of experience focused on the design of parking structures and mass transportation facilities. He has collaborated with designers and architects in developing effective and creative parking solutions for buildings of all types throughout the world. 

In addition to utilizing established design methodologies and procedures within parking, Eric is a proponent of the new and alternative forms of transportation and technology that are often found in today’s parking structures. These include bicycle parking, clean air vehicles, electric vehicles, and automated parking. In a rapidly changing era in the parking industry, Eric strives to further innovate and create more sustainable cities along with bringing design excellence to his clients.
