With over 22 years in the field of engineering, construction, government, and waste management sectors, Eladio has held diverse roles, including Director of Waste Management for the Panamanian government. His experience spans structural engineering, project management, and government administration, with notable projects including Torre Argos SM, Financial Park CDE, and the National Plan for Comprehensive Waste Management in Panama.
