Edwin has spent much of his career serving the community at the local, state, and national levels, and has developed a diverse portfolio of master planning, transportation planning, site development, and civil, traffic, and transportation engineering projects.

Experience

A member of the firm since 1977, Edwin has amassed extensive experience in civil and transportation master planning, infrastructure design, campus and site plan design and transportation engineering studies and design. His experience also includes regional mobility planning, Capital Improvement Plan preparation, funding options, government agency coordination, and public hearings. 

Engagements

Edwin supports the community and his profession through service to non-profit, community-based, and professional organizations including serving on and leading committees and boards for Houston/Texas/National American Council of Engineering Companies, Houston Chapter of American Society of Civil Engineers, Houston and Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Greater Houston Partnership, South Main Alliance, West Houston Association, Urban Land Institue, ant others. He has served the local community engaging with Civic Associations and HISD Parent Teacher Organizations. Additionally, he has served on City of Houston task forces, committees, and boards developing and improving government codes and regulations.
