Doug is one of the leading structural engineers in Atlanta and has over 42 years of experience in the industry. He had served as the managing director of WPM Atlanta for over 20 years of his 23-year tenure. He has a good understanding of what the Architect needs and focuses on assisting them to attain their goals in an economical structural solution. he has extensive experience with commercial office buildings, associated parking facilities, public/civic buildings, sports facilities, and healthcare projects and has experience both domestically and internationally.

Experience

Doug’s initial experience was for many hospitality and convention centers in Singapore, Shanghai, Jakarta, and domestically in California, Georgia, and Florida. These and the current projects include PT and reinforced concrete structures for the hospitality towers and long span truss systems for the convention centers. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare around the southeast, guiding the ATL team in both concrete and steel structural solutions. As managing director Doug focused on encouraging and assisting the ATL team members to be the best in the field.
