David has over 30 years of experience in the parking industry related to the planning, design, and operation of parking facilities around the country in all market sectors. David has knowledge and passion for developing creative and efficient functional and operational parking facility design options that meet the specific needs and unique operational characteristics of each project. As a specialist in Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS), David can guide the design team with creative solutions for recommending the best revenue control system and software options to meet the Owner’s operational needs for their parking facility and operations.

Over his 17+ years with Walter P Moore, David has served as Project Manager and Senior Parking Consultant for numerous parking planning and design projects around the country. In addition, David provides technical leadership and mentoring for Walter P Moore’s Parking Services Group.
