Cliff Greenlief

Senior Principal/Structures

Practice Areas

Cliff has practiced structural design for a wide variety of commercial architecture projects, including commercial office buildings, higher education research/teaching facilities, sports/recreation facilities, and justice/civic facilities. He excels at working within limited budgets, tight schedules, and construction realities while mentoring the next generation of leaders and managers.

Experience

With over three decades of industry experience, Cliff has delivered numerous successful projects by truly listening to clients and owners and focusing on the entire project, not just the needs of the structural team. He has made significant contributions to notable projects such as the Kansas City Music Hall, University of Kansas Central District Development, Sanford Regional Medical Center, and Kansas State University Seaton Hall Renovation and Additions.

Engagements

Possessing a balanced combination of experience and creativity, Cliff asks the right questions to identify which skills are needed for a given project. He thrives in a team setting, recognizing that the collective power of a group overshadows the abilities of a single individual. As a group leader and coach, Cliff works hard to mentor the less experienced staff and appreciates that learning is a lifelong commitment.
