Chris Kammerer

As a Senior Design Manager, Chris focuses on the technical challenges of our structural designs. As Walter P Moore teams work toward executing a client’s vision, his priority is shepherding designs that are consistent, technically sound, and efficient. He is also an active member of the structural engineering practice area’s technical leadership, working with teams across offices to establish and maintain design guidance and tools.

As a technical resource to structural engineers in his office and beyond, Chris touches projects from nearly all market sectors. His experience includes extensive involvement with large healthcare, sports, parking, and performing arts projects. In additional to concept- and schematic-level involvement to set projects on the right course, his work includes management of internal design resources, development of standards, training and technical mentorship of staff, sharing best practices, and jumping in on the difficult problems.
