Annie Lo

Annie is a Managing Director in the Diagnostics Group of Walter P Moore. She is a licensed architect in seven states and has more than 18 years of experience in the field of forensic architecture related to building enclosures and waterproofing systems. Annie’s expertise encompasses the design and investigation of below-grade waterproofing systems, plaza and podium assemblies, exterior walls, fenestration, and roofing. With a background in historic preservation, Annie has worked on the restoration of many landmark buildings.

Annie is the past President of the Western Chapter Association for Preservation Technology (WCAPT), is on the board of directors for the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) of Northern California, and is the Retrofit Committee Co-chair for the Rainscreen Association in North America (RAiNA).
