Chad Snyder

Chad serves as the Managing Director of Parking Consulting in our Houston office. With more than two decades of experience he plays an integral role in parking projects associated with master planning, mixed-use shared parking, functional design of parking facilities, automated parking (robotic), parking equipment technology, parking guidance systems, and pedestrian/vehicular wayfinding. He utilizes business development initiatives and successful project delivery to accomplish shared goals through client-focused consulting services.

Through the interactive communicative process, Chad strives to provide innovative and cost-effective parking solutions for existing and new parking systems utilizing planning, consulting, and design services. While projects have led him to focus on commercial, aviation, mixed-use, and education parking system applications, his experience spans throughout all sectors.
