Ryan is the Regional Director - Northeast and specializes in large, complex projects including major healthcare, cultural, and international developments. Ryan is committed to leveraging collaborative working relationships, innovative processes, new applications of technology, and intentional lean design practices to enable best-for-project solutions. For complex projects that must succeed, Ryan partners with owners, architects, and builders leading a team of experts to get the building out of the ground and dried in with the desired design, at the expected cost, and on a faster schedule than possible with traditional approaches.

Combining team building, people-focused leadership, applied research, and deep subject matter expertise, Ryan’s projects have regularly redefined what’s possible.

Experience

More than two decades of experience participating in and leading the multidiscipline engineering services for the design of new buildings and adaptive reuse of existing facilities. Experience includes hospitals, cultural facilities, airport terminals, themed entertainment, educational and commercial projects from small renovations to large scale developments in excess of $7B of construction cost. Successfully delivered high-profile projects with accelerated schedules using fast-track design/build and integrated project delivery.
