Overview
For 56 years, the Precast Concrete Institute Design Awards have recognized forward-thinking use of concrete in all types of structures. In 2019, 17 projects received awards in both transportation and building categories. Walter P Moore is proud to have contributed to three winning projects.
The FIU Student Center (pictured above) used precast concrete to create its “chameleon” facade while also being durable and cost-efficient.

Texas A&M Kyle Field - Precast concrete helped all parties complete the historic redevelopment of Kyle Field in only 26 months, in time for the 2015 and 2016 football seasons.
