Overview
Oracle Waterfront Campus, a five-level office space with adjacent parking structures and greenspace, was recently recognized as the Office Development Award winner by the Austin Business Journal. The 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards recognize the most dynamic projects and transactions in the Austin metro area. This year, there were 10 winners chosen from among 34 finalists. Categories included an Overall winner, Community Impact, Industrial Development, Office Development, Multifamily Development, Retail Development, Industrial Transaction, Multifamily Transaction, Office Transaction, and Retail Transaction.
The campus, which covers 560,000 square feet in Austin’s East Riverside, helped spark new development near Lady Bird Lake and will bring more than 3,000 jobs to the Austin area. Walter P Moore provided commercial, parking, and structural engineering services on the project.
