Jeff Nixon

Jeff is a Senior Principal and Managing Director of the structures group in Los Angeles office. He oversees our structural engineering practice in Los Angeles which has a focus on a diverse range of projects which includes aviation, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, sports, performing arts, higher education, parking structures, and adaptive reuse projects, reflecting his comprehensive expertise in structural engineering across various sectors.

With almost two decades of experience since starting his career at Walter P Moore in 2006, Jeff has established himself is the industry as a highly trusted professional for delivering creative structural solutions that deliver the vision of the owner and architect with a focus on cost and schedule efficiency. 

Jeff’s expertise extends notably in the realm of sports, aviation and complex structures, where he has emerged as an industry lead for these sectors in high seismic and other regions. Having spearheaded a multitude of projects from professional to collegiate sports and ground up to major renovations at the world businesses airports, Jeff has overseen the development of stadiums, arenas, and airports alike. His comprehensive portfolio, coupled with his adeptness in liaising with contractors, positions him as an invaluable asset to any sports and aviation-related endeavor.
