A leader in Houston’s civil engineering group, Doug provides oversight on all projects to ensure quality and accuracy. Doug is a licensed engineer in Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Louisiana, and North Carolina.

Experience

Doug is a civil engineer with over 25yrs of design and management experience on civil/site, roadway, and planning projects. Some areas of emphasis include commercial, government, healthcare, higher education, and parks. He has a specialty with flood protection design. Additionally, Doug also serves as a forensic engineer.
