Daron Hester

Daron serves as the Director of Operations for Diagnostics, where he oversees daily operations and plays a pivotal role in structural engineering analysis, design, and management. His expertise spans condition assessments, project management for structural, forensic, and building envelope projects, and proficiency in nondestructive evaluation (NDE) testing methods.

With over two decades of experience, Daron brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, routinely leading condition assessments and managing projects encompassing structural, forensic, building envelope, and waterproofing domains. He holds licensure as a professional engineer in Texas and certification from the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI) in Level 1 Unbonded PT Field Installation.
