This individual will be responsible for providing extensive support to Director-level professionals and their broad range of activities. This is primarily an inside role with broad exposure across the firm.
- General reception duties including greeting/assisting visitors; answering/screening/routing incoming calls; relaying messages; receiving/routing/handling all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; maintaining sign-in/sign-out of staff; scheduling conference rooms.
- Take initiative to relieve management and production staff of all possible administrative tasks by providing general clerical support to all staff including typing, copying, coordinating calendars/scheduling, general and project filing and archiving, ordering supplies.
- Assist project accountant, corporate finance and human resources as needed – will assist with payables, expense reports, corporate credit card reconciliations, new employee set up.
- Maintain appearance and organization of all public spaces including conference rooms, break rooms and casual meeting areas.
- Assist with internal and external activities such as staff activities, in office lunches, trainings, social events, and client development activities as needed.

Graduate Enclosure Consultant - Diagnostics

In this position the qualified individual will investigate and determine the service life of building enclosure assemblies. The qualified individual will assess enclosure systems, and design repairs for existing enclosure systems. They will perform enclosure review to assess air infiltration, rain water control, heat transfer, and vapor transmission. They will perform building performance analysis including evaluate daylighting, solar heat gain, thermal energy transfer, and holistic integration of the enclosure with building mechanical, lighting, and plumbing systems.A sound technical background and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. A technical background in CADD and building performance modeling software is preferred. You'll develop a strong background in building façade and roofing assemblies, understanding of building science and thermal analysis concepts as well as a knowledge of modeling building performance and sustainability.Job Responsibilities will include:

- Marketing communication strategy planning – Collaborate with market sector and corporate marketing leadership to develop a simple, effective yearly healthcare marketing plan that supports the sector’s growth and business development plans, as well as aligns with the firmwide marketing plan. The process can include participation in BD plan development to identify marketing needs and opportunities in local level plans.
- Implementation planning – Responsible for working with healthcare market leaders, business developers, and seller-doers to create marketing project briefs for all projects in the yearly Healthcare marketing plan.
