Recruiting Assistant
Mexico City
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Recruiting Assistant in our Mexico City office to support our recruiting and onboarding activities.
The Recruiting Assistant will assist the Recruit Team in our efforts to identify and hire corporate civil and structural engineering talent within the US and Mexico. Responsibilities include creating and posting job openings, maintaining candidate database, scheduling interviews, and other recruiting related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate openings to prospective candidates
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Assist with resume screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews when needed
- Update candidate database
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (i.e. interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (i.e. preparing documents, coordinating orientation)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
- Bilingual English & Spanish required
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software (iCIMS preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
