Marketing Intern - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

Walter P Moore is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Intern. The internship position is for 20-40 hours per week for approximately 3 months with a possibility of part time work available thereafter.

As the Marketing Intern you will be called upon to provide support for:

  • Data entry
  • Inventory control – printed pieces, promotional, and event materials
  • Social media support (writing/light editing)
  • General marketing/admin activities

  • Excellent inter-personal skills

  • Client-service oriented
  • Attention to details and high sense of responsibility

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Advanced expertise in
    • CRM database knowledge
    • Microsoft PowerPoint,Word, and Excel
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent oral and editing/proofreading skills
  • A helpful, customer-friendly approach to colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Experience and understanding of service industry marketing, preferably AEC industry
