Marketing and Proposal Coordinator - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

Walter P Moore is seeking a bright, energetic, self-motivated individual with the requisite skill set to join our national consulting engineering practice as a Marketing Coordinator for Infrastructure Group Services. In this role, the qualified individual will serve multiple offices coordinating responses to Request for Qualifications / Proposals (RFQs / RFPs), preparing various marketing packages, assisting in the development of marketing materials, and performing some outside business development activities. In addition, this new team member should possess a strong “can-do” attitude, excellent writing skills, and a collaborative spirit.  

  

In this position, the qualified individual will have the following responsibilities for the Civil, Public Works, and Traffic Engineering Groups within the Infrastructure Division: 

  

  • RFQ/RFP preparation and support activities 
  • Coordination of positioning materials and activities 
  • Management of marketing database (Unanet by Cosential) content 
  • Marketing collateral and resource development, including project information sheets and resumes 
  • Project data gathering and organizational activities 
  • Business development research and reporting activities 
  • Coordination with Marketing Coordinators and Specialists in various offices and service groups 
  • Represent Walter P Moore in professional organization involvement and other outside activities 
  • Coordination of events and business development / marketing activities 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required – Writing, Communications, or Marketing preferred
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Ability to write clearly, succinctly, and quickly
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks
  • Ability to coordinate with a team of professionals on a variety of proposals and submittals across various offices
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the proposal coordination and preparation process, AEC (Architectural / Engineering / Construction) industry specific experience preferred
  • Motivated self-starter with good follow through on assignments
  • Excellent organizational and overall communication skills
  • Graphics experience a plus
