Business Development Support Intern - Structures

We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Support Intern to provide a variety of support services for our Structures team.   

In this role, we are looking for a bright, energetic individual with high attention to detail, excellent follow-through and focus on tasks and responsibilities to provide support for our Structures team for 20-30 hours per week. In this position, the qualified individual will be called upon to complete the following tasks: 

• In coordination with senior leadership, research a targeted list of contacts.
• Upload information in company’s database.
• Expand on this list based on missing information and the targeted list of clients
• Work with Business Development coordinators to assemble marketing material for clients.
• Work with senior leaders to identify RFQ/RFPs for the Diagnostics group.
• Assist, as required, to coordinate business development activities.
• Research clients and interface between our senior leaders and clients 

This individual should possess a strong “can-do” customer service attitude, be pleasant and dependable, and have the flexibility to move from task to task based on needs and priorities as defined by the Manager of Business Development Support. 

• Ability to plan, organize, manage, prioritize, coordinate work flow, and successfully execute multiple tasks
• Good follow-up and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong knowledge in use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experienced in database data entry, as well as other reporting software a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• A/E/C experience and knowledge a strong plus
