Steve is a Senior Building Enclosure Consultant in Walter P Moore’s Diagnostics Group. Having worked in the building enclosure field since 1999, he is a well-known diagnostics engineer in the Washington, D.C., New York, and Mid-Atlantic areas. Throughout his career, Steve has designed and managed numerous projects involving roofing and waterproofing restoration, building exterior renovation, concrete rehabilitation, stone façade repairs, and historic rehabilitation.

Steven is a member of ASTM International, RCI, Inc. (an international association of building envelope consultants), and the Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute where he has been widely published. He also speaks nationally and internationally to trade associations on various issues related to building enclosures. He is a registered building enclosure consultant and a registered professional engineer in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New York. Steven received his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
