Situated just west of Pleasant Valley Road, the Waterfront office building is the first major office development on the Southeast Waterfront. This building transforms the area and helps it realize it’s full potential as a mixed-use urban core. It contains 5-levels of office and meeting space above one level of parking. An additional stand-alone 8-level parking garage is located adjacent to the building for use by its tenants and visitors.

This building boasts over-sized floor plates of open office space, expansive balconies and terraces, meeting spaces, and top-notch amenities such as dining and fitness centers.

The Walter P Moore team worked closely with the Design-Build team to meet a demanding schedule, while at the same time providing our signature client service to work through intricate design details. Our close collaboration with the architect and landscape architect resulted in outdoor terrace space that will rival any other in Austin. The cantilevered balconies provide exceptional views of Ladybird Lake and Downtown Austin, and we have made the designer's vision for a truly unique lobby space come to life with a floating stair and bridge that lead visitors to large meeting spaces.
