Walter P Moore provided structural and traffic engineering for the new 10-acre mixed-use development, in the heart of Uptown Houston. The project is Houston’s first vertically integrated mixed-use development of hotel, office, apartments and retail/restaurant space.

The 35-story tower includes, 250 hotel rooms on floors 10-22, 20 rental units on floors 23-24 and 121,000 SF of office on floors 5-9 and 26-30. The primary tower structure is cast-in-place concrete construction, with 8” post-tensioned flat plates. The project also includes a three-story conference center podium structure framed with structural steel, and 10-story pre-cast parking garage and skybridge, serving both the new tower and existing office building located on the same property.

The development is complimented by a host of luxury amenities including a lush plaza, restaurant and retail space, pool and spa, and airport pickup service provided through the adjacent Bentley dealership.
