Four WPM Projects are Finalists in ULI’s 2015 Development of Distinction Awards

HOUSTON, TX — We’re honored that four of our projects have been named finalists in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Houston 2015 Development of Distinction Awards, which “define the standard for excellence in the practice of real estate development in the Houston region.” The Award recognizes developments and public open spaces that exemplify best practices in design, construction, economic viability, healthy places, marketing, and management.

Sylvan Beach Pavilion, submitted by Harris County Precinct Two, Jack Mormann, Commissioner

Winners will be selected after a January 8th project tour by three national real estate experts and announced at an awards dinner gala on January 27th at the Rice Crystal Ballroom.
